What you will need: 1. 1 or more plantains 2. 1 cup vegetable oil 3. Your dressing of choice(i liked salt and honey) How you cook them 1. With a knife and you hands peal the plantains then cut them to your size of choice. 2. In a deep fryer (or a pan) fry the chips until they are golden brown. 3. Put the chips on a plate covered with paper towel and let cool. 4. Cover them in salt or your choice of dip and serve.
